Casino robber's bail revoked

After his third violation of the conditions of his release, Merrill Gray was handed an additional $25,000 bond on his still-pending Oct. 2010 arrest for robbing a casino at knife point.

On the evening of his last court appearance, where Hill County Attorney Gina Dahl called into question his ability to follow his conditions, Gray was arrested at a house party at 3:14 a. m.

Besides being out past his curfew, not heading to or from his job, Gray also blew a. 101 on a blood alcohol concentration test.

As this is his third, Judge Wayne Phillips of Lewistown decided to revoke his release with the additional bond.

Gray can now either pay the new bond to remain free until his sentencing, or he can wait in jail for the May 21 hearing.
