FORT BELKNAP — Charles Joseph Martin Sr, Indian name Yellow Bird, "Nee-Hawn Nee-I-Hee" given to him by his grandfather, The Boy, passed on surrounded by family on March 3, 2013, at the Benefis I.C.U. in Great Falls.

Services began Wednesday, March 6. Funeral services were today at 11 a.m., at Red Whip Community Center. Interment will be in the Pony Hill Cemetery. Condolences for the family may be left at http://www.kirkwoodfuneralhome.com. Kirkwood Funeral Home of Malta is in charge of arrangements.
