More local preps honored in hoops

It was an exciting year for Class B boys and girls basketball, especially on the Hi-Line and in North Central Montana. And many area players were recently honored for their outstanding achievements during the 2012-13 season.

Rocky Boy's Junior Day Child, right, was named Class B All-State for the 2012-13 season.

The District 1B champion Rocky Boy Stars had two players named Class B All-State this season. Senior Darien LaFromboise and sophomore Junior Day Child were all-state selections. Joining them on the 1B First-Team was junior teammate Desmond Parker.
