Officers and Child and Family Services were called to 4th Avenue Tuesday at 9:28 a.m. for a juvenile status offense.

Tuesday at 11:33 a.m. a caller reported her license plates stolen off her truck.

A 19-year-old man from Box Elder arrested for theft by shoplifting and minor in possession after a caller reported a theft from a 1st Street business at 3:05 p.m. Tuesday.

A caller reported suspicious activity on 5th Street Tuesday at 3:36 p.m., and responding officers arrested a 58-year-old Havre man for trespass to property.

———

A 45-year-old Box Elder woman in the 24/7 Sobriety Program turned herself in at the Hill County Detention Center for violation of conditions of release.

Officers investigated a report at 4:15 p.m. Tuesday that a black and green Mongoose bicycle had been stolen from a 1st Street residence and an orange mountain bike had been left in its place.

Officers investigated a report made from a 6th Street residence Tuesday at 10:03 p.m. of the theft of a mirror.

After a 2nd Street caller reported a man laying in her yard at 11:46 p.m. Tuesday, officers arrested a 60-year-old Havre man for disorderly conduct.

At 2:03 a.m. today a caller reported a camera stolen from his vehicle while parked at a 1st Street business, and officers are investigating.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies are investigating a report made by Child and Family Services Tuesday at 1:33 p.m. of a sex offense.

Deputies are investigating a complaint made Tuesday at 3:32 p.m. about a violent offender who had not changed his address.

———

A deputy served a Justice or City court warrant to a 29-year-old Great Falls man being held at the Detention Center at 6:14 p.m. Tuesday.

———

Deputies investigated a report made at 12:19 a.m. today of a woman shoplifting from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Yesterday, a fire crew investigated a report of a possible fire but didn't find a problem, and emergency medical personnel responded to one medical call.

Havre Animal Shelter

This morning the shelter held a female white retriever-mix, a male tan terrier, a male tan and white mix-breed puppy, a male brown and black mix-breed puppy and a male black and white cat.

Births

A girl was born April 30, 2013, to Josephine Azure and Martin Martinez of Fort Belknap.
