Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report made Wednesday at 1:40 p.m. of a possible break in on 3rd Street.

A caller at a 1st Street business reported a theft at 2:42 p.m., and officers arrested a 21-year-old Harlem man for theft by shoplifting.

Responding to a report of suspicious activity on 3rd Street Wednesday at 5:48 p.m., officers arrested a 36-year-old Havre woman on a charge of assault of a minor.

Officers assisting another agency Wednesday at 5:48 p.m. on 17th Street West arrested a 20-year-old Havre man, but no further details were provided.

During a motor vehicle stop on 6th Street at 8:03 p.m. Wednesday, an officer arrested a 27-year-old Havre man for driving with a suspended or revoked driver's license and stop sign violation.

Officers were called to a domestic disturbance on 16th Street West at 11:59 p.m. Wednesday and arrested a 25-year-old Havre woman for partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device.

After two 15th Avenue callers reported a disturbance with several people fighting at 6:34 a.m. Thursday, officers arrested a 31-year-old Havre man on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Officers investigated a report from a caller at the Amtrak station Thursday at 9:38 a.m. that medication had been stolen

Officers investigated a complaint of a drug smell on 4th Avenue Thursday at 10:09 a.m.

At 3:02 p.m. Thursday dispatch received several reports of horses and mules running in and out of traffic on 11th Street West near Havre Middle School.

Officers investigated a noninjury motor vehicle crash on 7th Street Thursday at 4:55 p.m.

Officers investigated a noninjury motor vehicle crash at a 1st Street business Thursday at 5:25 p.m.

Officers served a warrant at a 10th Street West residence at 7:18 p.m. Thursday and arrested a 35-year-old Kalispell woman for probation violation and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

Thursday at 8:15 p.m. officers investigated a window broken out of a vehicle on 4th Street.

Officers investigated a possible scam reported Thursday at 8:55 p.m. by a 12th Avenue caller.

After a caller at a 1st Street Northeast residence reported a disturbance at 9:50 p.m. Thursday, officers arrested a 27-year-old Havre man for partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct.

A caller reported a man passed out at 10th Street and 5th Avenue at 3:40 a.m. today, and responding officers arrested a 55-year-old Poplar man for disorderly conduct.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a report made Wednesday at 1:04 p.m. of a possible theft at a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. deputies were called to investigate a theft of services from a U.S. Highway 2 East business.

Deputies investigated a report made Thursday at 9:56 a.m. of items stolen from Box Elder School.

After a deputy initiated investigation of suspicious activity along U.S. Highway 87 Thursday at 11:14 a.m., a 22-year-old Box Elder man was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant.

A deputy served a summons for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant to a 49-year-old Havre man in 3rd Street Thursday at 12:59 p.m.

Deputies investigated a noninjury rollover near Fresno Reservoir reported Thursday at 7:40 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one medical call Wednesday, five on Thursday and one this morning.
