Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a report made Sunday at 6:41 a.m. at Northern Montana Hospital of a sexual assault.

A 2nd Street caller reported a vehicle parked in the street with the driver passed out inside at 7:04 a.m. Sunday, and officers arrested a 28-year-old Havre man for driving under the influence, undetermined level.

Officers investigated a vandalized boat reported from 6th Avenue at 10:27 a.m. Sunday.

———

Officers investigated a stolen bike reported from 1st Street Sunday at 3:08 p.m.

———

A caller reported Sunday at 9:23 p.m. items stolen from his 10th Street residence, and officers investigated the incident.

———

After a 7th Street caller requested assistance today at 12:37 a.m. with a juvenile who hadn't returned before curfew, officers issued a summons to a 16-year-old and a 17-year-old, each on juvenile curfew violation.

———

The dispatch logs for Friday morning through Sunday morning will be reported as soon as they are made available to the Havre Daily News.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies were called to an Inverness residence Friday at 7:04 p.m. and arrested a 31-year-old Rudyard man for partner or family member assault.

Deputies, called to Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway property at 10:03 p.m. Friday, arrested a 24-year-old Asheville, N.C., man for stowing away on railroad property.

———

Saturday at 9:25 a.m. a caller at Northern Montana Hospital reported a dog bite, and deputies investigated the incident.

———

After a theft was reported at a Box Elder establishment at 1:52 a.m. Sunday, deputies arrested a 20-year-old Box Elder man for theft and criminal contempt.

———

Deputies investigated a report made from Box Elder Sunday at 2:25 p.m. that two people had put sugar in the caller's gas tank.

———

After a caller reported catching four juveniles in the school building at Inverness at 10:57 p.m. Sunday, deputies investigated the incident.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to eight requests for services over the weekend, including one in Kremlin. Fire department personnel were called to a possible gas leak at the 600 Block of 1st Avenue. NorthWestern Energy crews were on-scene and were taking care of the problem.

Births

A boy was born June 8, 2013, to Temina and McKay Olson of Havre.
