Northern has to reschedule program review forum

A forum planned to talk about, and take questions on, the results of program review at Montana State University-Northern has been postponed due to illness.

University spokesman Jim Potter said this morning that Chancellor Jim Limbaugh was under the weather, and would not be able to hold the forum, which had been scheduled for 8:30 this morning.

Potter said the forum would be rescheduled.

The forum was planned to present the results of more than half-a-year of looking at programs, with two councils, the deans and chairs of the colleges and programs, and faculty and staff making recommendations on what programs should be maintained, what the university should try to grow, what new programs should be created and what programs should be placed in a moratorium or eliminated.
