Havre Police Department

A 29-year-old Great Falls man in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was issued a summons for violation of conditions of release Thursday at 7:20 a.m.

Officers investigated a report made Thursday at 7:44 a.m. from 1st Street of a stolen phone.

Officers investigated a stolen debit card reported at the police station Thursday at 8:21 a.m.

———

A 3rd Street caller requested a civil standby Thursday at 9:35 a.m.

A caller at a 1st Street business reported two shoplifters Thursday at 4:22 p.m., and responding officers issued a summons for theft by shoplifting to a 14-year-old Havre youth.

Thursday at 5:18 p.m. an officer investigated a crash in which a pickup truck hit a light pole on 1st Street West.

After a 5th Street caller reported suspicious activity on a neighbor's property Thursday at 9:44 p.m., responding officers arrested a 19-year-old Havre man for criminal mischief-vandalism, disorderly conduct, minor in possession and criminal contempt and on a Justice or City court warrant, and arrested a 21-year-old Havre man for criminal contempt.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies responded to several calls Thursday, including a report of horses running loose near Box Elder, a complaint of youths repeatedly driving a motorcycle and a four-wheeler on a Havre resident's lawn, a report that a vehicle had been taken and not returned by the caller's son, a complaint of gun shots west of Havre and a request for civil standby in Havre.

Emergency medical services responded to two medical calls Thursday.

A boy was born June 13, 2013, to Linda and Sam Kleinsasser of Havre.
