Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 8:55 a.m. Tuesday report of chalk all over a field in Optimist Park.

Officers investigated 10:23 a.m. Tuesday call about chemicals being through on the caller’s grass because he calls with complaints about the offender’s dog barking on Curve Drive.

———

Officers issued a summons after investigating a 12:01 p.m. Tuesday report at the police station about a neighbor’s dog jumping on vehicles and scratching up a brand new pickup truck.

———

A two-vehicle, noninjury crash on 5th Street and 7th Avenue was investigated after a 2:25 p.m. Tuesday call.

Officers investigated a 6 p.m. Tuesday complaint about a damaged motorcycle at a 2nd Northeast Street location.

———

Officers investigated a crash after a 7:41 p.m. Tuesday call about the caller’s hitting a parked car on 3rd Street and then going home after she was unable to find anyone else.

———

A 11:06 p.m. Tuesday call about the caller’s home being unlocked when they got home was investigated.

———

A summons was issued to a Havre juvenile, 14, for minor in possession and curfew violations after a 12:02 a.m. Wednesday call from her mother, who was looking for her.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A warrant was served to a 24-year-old Box Elder inmate at the detention center for outstanding city court warrants at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday.

A 28-year-old Helena man was arrested for aggravated DUI, probation violation and a suspended or revoked driver’s license after a 4:40 p.m. Tuesday call from someone who witnessed his erratic driving.

Deputies charged a 29-year-old Havre man for trespassing on the East End Colony after a 1:01 p.m. Tuesday call about the man taking the colony’s truck when he was not a member. When the man came back at 7:55 p.m., deputies arrested him for trespassing, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel were called on twice, at 11:03 a.m. and 4:38 p.m. Wednesday. Firefighter answered one call at 2:07 p.m. Wednesday to extinguish burning railroad ties on the 1700 Block of 1st Street North. The cause of the fire is unknown.

A girl was born to Jami Hauer and Dale Britt Aug. 20, 2013.
