A 26-year-old Box Elder man was arrested for outstanding city court warrants after officers investigated a 8:04 a.m. Friday call about the theft of groceries and a shopping cart at a 1st Street business.

A 32-year-old Box Elder woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and and theft after officers investigated a 9:03 a.m. Friday from 11th Street West call about an apparently intoxicated woman on a bicycle.

Officers investigated a 9:41 a.m. Friday call about drug paraphernalia found in the lobby of a 2nd Street business.

Officers investigated a 10:57 a.m. Friday call from 6th Avenue about a vehicle that had been broken into.

Officers investigated a 11:09 a.m. Friday call from 18th Street about a vehicle that was broken into the night before.

———

Officers arrested a 13-year-old girl at Havre Middle School at 2:42 p.m. Friday on a pick up and hold order after investigating a 1:59 Friday call from someone with a question about the juvenile.

Officers investigated a 4:15 p.m. Friday call from the community garden about stolen pumpkins.

A 50-year-old Havre man was arrested for driving under the influence at a checkpoint on U.S. Highway 2 at 6 p.m. Friday.

A 49-year-old Havre man was arrested for probation violation after officers assisted another law agency on 3rd Street at 6:03 p.m. Friday.

———

A 12-year-old, 13-year-old, two 14-year-olds and two 15-year-old were arrested for minor in possession after officers investigated a 11:15 p.m. Friday call about people being loud on Grant Avenue.

A 1:58 a.m. Saturday call about the caller’s husband grabbing her throat and pushing her at a 1st Street Northeast residence was investigated.

A 21-year-old Have man was arrested for disorderly conduct and a 20-year-old Havre woman was arrested for disorderly conduct and criminal contempt after an officers investigated suspicious activity on 2nd Street at 2:36 a.m. Saturday.

A 31-year-old Havre woman, a 30-year-old Billings man and a 21-year-old Havre man were all arrested for disorderly conduct and officers investigated a 3:54 a.m. Saturday call about a fight outside of an 11th Street West apartment complex.

A 34-year-old Havre woman was arrested for assault of a partner or family member and violation of a no contact order after officers investigated a 4:17 a.m. Saturday call from Montana Avenue.

A 22-year-old Havre woman was arrested for assault, criminal contempt and resisting arrest after officers investigated a 12:04 p.m. Saturday call from 19th Street.

Officers investigated a 2:25 p.m. Saturday call from 15th Street about stolen sunglasses and driver’s license.

Officers investigated a 3:05 p.m. Saturday complaint from 4th Street about a driver throwing an empty beer can out of a window while driving.

Officers arrested a 54-year-old Hays man for trespassing after investigating a call at 4:01 p.m. call from a 2nd Street business.

A 55-year-old Chinook man was arrested for outstanding city court warrants and possession of drug paraphernalia after officers investigated a 7:20 p.m. Saturday call about an intoxicated man who left a 1st Street bar, got in his car and almost caused an accident.

A summons was issued to a Havre man for possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal contempt after officers investigated a 8:02 p.m. Saturday call about the smell of marijuana in a four-plex on 7th Street.

A 21-year-old Havre man was arrested for criminal contempt after officers served a warrant for a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:22 a.m. Sunday.

Officers investigated a 9:32 a.m. Sunday call from 3rd Avenue about a vehicle that was broken into.

Officers investigated a 10:42 a.m. Sunday call about a noninjury motor vehicle accident on 5th Avenue.

Officers investigated a 11:10 a.m. Sunday report at the police station about a parenting plan issue.

Officers investigated a 1:36 p.m. Sunday report at the police station about a dog bite that happened at the post office.

Officers investigated a 2:19 p.m. Sunday report at the police station about an iPod that was stolen from a vehicle.

A 25-year-old Havre man was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Sunday for outstanding city court warrants after Havre police received a 3:55 p.m. Sunday request for officers on 10th Street West.

———

Officers investigated a 7:15 p.m. call from a 2nd Street residence about the theft of a bicycle.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a possible vandalism after receiving a 8:55 a.m. Friday call from Burlington-Northern Santa Fe.

———

A summons was issued to a 31-year-old Inverness woman for a dog running at large after deputies investigated a 11:32 a.m. Friday call about six puppies and an aggressive pit bull running loose.

———

A summons was issued to a 16-year-old Box Elder girl for possession of dangerous drugs after deputies received a 12:02 p.m. Friday call from the Box Elder High School.

———

Deputies investigated a 1:22 p.m. complaint from Beaver Creek Road about the caller’s son’s girlfriend taking things and ruining his cell phone.

———

Warrants were served to a 28-year-old Helena man for outstanding state district court warrants and a 39-year-old Box Elder woman for outstanding city court warrants at 5:44 p.m. Friday.

———

Deputies investigated a hit and run at 1st Avenue Northwest after assisting another agency at 1:05 a.m. Sunday.

———

Deputies investigated a 2:27 a.m. Sunday call from Phelps Lane about missing dogs.

———

A 35-year-old Box Elder man was arrested near Fresno Reservoir for obstructing a peace officer and outstanding city court, justice court and state district court warrants after deputies investigated a 10:11 p.m. Sunday complaint about a man crossing railroad tracks on U.S. Highway 2.

———

Deputies investigated a 10:33 p.m. Sunday complaint from the Fresno area about four or five cars outside a cabin that should not be there.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday night, three calls on Friday, five calls on Saturday and two on Sunday.
