Havre Police Department

A 39-year-old Havre woman was issued a summons for failure to stop for a school bus after officers responded to an 8:28 a.m. Thursday call at the police department.

A 24-year-old North Dakota woman was arrested on outstanding justice or city court warrants and a 28-year-old Polson man was arrested for outstanding justice or city court warrants, obstructing a peace officer and possession of dangerous drugs after officers assisted another agency at 3:13 p.m. Thursday.

Officer investigated a 4:59 p.m. Thursday call from 16th Street West about the calling party’s cousin writing a suicide note and then yelling at people in the house.

A 22-year-old Havre man was arrested for careless driving and aggravated driving under the influence at an 8:29 p.m. Thursday motor vehicle stop on 17th Street.

A 25-year-old Rocky Boy woman was arrested for outstanding justice or city court warrants, obstructing a peace officer and violation of a child restraint at a 9:36 p.m. motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Northeast.

A 19-year-old Box Elder girl and a 19-year-old Hays boy were arrested for disorderly conduct and minor in possession of an intoxicant after officers responded to a 12:27 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street West business about a man who pulled a fire alarm and then punched holes in the wall.

A 30-year-old Havre woman was arrested for driving under the influence, expired registration and an open container at a 2:05 a.m. Friday motor vehicle stop on 8th Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A 48-year-old Rudyard man was arrested for driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and reckless driving after deputies investigated a 6:46 p.m. Thursday call from Beaver Creek Road about two men arguing in the middle of the road.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.
