A 43-year-old Havre man was arrested for trespassing after officers investigated a 12:51 a.m. Saturday call from 1st Street about an intoxicated man who walked into the calling party’s sister’s apartment and would not leave.

A 28-year-old Havre man was arrested for trespassing after officers investigated a 1:20 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street hotel about a man who tried to break in the back door of the hotel and then went into a van out front to lay in his back seat.

Officers investigated a 1:32 a.m. Saturday call from an 11th Street West business about an older man who stole a beer and then left on foot toward the middle school.

A 29-year-old Havre woman was issued a summons for not having a driver’s license, not having insurance, careless driving, operating a vehicle with fictitious plates and expired registration after officers investigated an 8:04 p.m. Sunday call from an 11th Street West business about a man riding a four-wheeler being hit by a vehicle.

A 40-year-old Havre man was issued a summons for aggravated driving under the influence, having a suspended or revoked driver’s license and an open container after officers investigated a 9:59 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about a man who was passed out in a burgundy Ford Ranger.

A 30-year-old Havre woman was arrested for having a suspended or revoked driver’s license, operating a motor vehicle with fictitious plates, failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and expired registration and a 52-year-old Rocky Boy woman was arrested on outstanding justice and city court warrants at a motor vehicle stop at 11:17 p.m. Sunday on 4th Avenue West.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies arrested a 20-year-old Fort Belknap woman for shoplifting after investigating a 4:44 p.m. Friday call from a U.S. Highway 2 West business about a female shoplifter, with a baby, in custody.

A 15-year-old was arrested for juvenile curfew violations after deputies investigated a 9:46 p.m. Friday call from Inverness about the calling party’s juvenile son running away.

———

A 29-year-old Box Elder man was issued a summons for disorderly conduct after deputies were flagged down at a Box Elder establishment at 12:57 a.m. Saturday.

———

Deputies investigated a 1:44 a.m. Saturday call from a Box Elder establishment about a possible stolen vehicle.

———

Deputies arrested a 32-year-old Havre man on an outstanding Justice or City court warrants after serving the warrant at 5:41 p.m. Saturday on Bitterroot Road.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to 15 calls over the weekend.

———

Firefighters responded toa 10:54 a.m. Friday call to the 3600 Block of 28th Avenue Southeast about a gas line that was severed by a construction crew. Firefighters stood by until NorthWestern Energy came to repair the rupture.

———

Firefighters responded to a 1:02 p.m. call to a U.S. Highway 87 South location, about four miles from Box Elder, to extinguish a vehicular fire caused by a two-vehicle crash. Ambulances took the drivers and passengers to the hospital.

———

Firefighters responded to a 6:45 p.m. Sunday call to the 1100 Block of Wilson Avenue about a downed powerline in the alley. Firefighters stood by until NorthWestern Energy could come and repair the damage.

A boy was born to Doranda Standing Rock of Box Elder on Nov. 1, 2013.
