Havre Police Department

An officer responding to a call at Havre High School at 1:34 p.m. Friday issued a ticket to a 16-year-old boy on charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a weapon in a school building.

An officer responding to a call at 9:04 p.m. Friday, in which the caller reported someone passed out in their shed, issued a ticket to a 19-year-old Havre man on a charge of minor in possession of an intoxicant.

———

After a caller from an establishment on the 300 Block of 1st Street reported an underage male trying to buy a drink and throwing “a fit when the bartender refused to serve him” and then left the bar and ran west, officers issued a summons to a 20-year-old Rainier, Wash., man on a charge of MIP.

A 19-year-old Havre man in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and MIP at 7:59 a.m. Saturday at the Havre Police Station.

An officer made a motor vehicle stop at 9:35 p.m. Saturday on the 100 Block of 1st Street West and arrested a 32-year-old Havre man on a charge of failure to carry or produce insurance and on a Justice Court traffic warrant.

A 40-year-old Havre woman in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested at the Havre Police Department at 8:33 a.m. Sunday on a charge of criminal contempt.

A 20-year-old Havre woman in the 24/7 Sobriety Program was arrested at the Havre Police Department at 8:34 a.m. Sunday on a charge of criminal contempt.

Officers investigated a report made at 7:06 p.m. Sunday that someone had run into the calling party’s fence about an hour earlier.

Officers arrested two people after a caller from a business on the 200 Block of 1st Street West reported at 4:20 this morning that an intoxicated driver had hit a light pole with a car and another party refused to pay for gasoline. No further information about the arrests was available this morning.

Dispatch logs from the Hill County Sheriff’s Office and the Havre Fire Department were not sent this morning due to Veterans Day.
