Chiefstick sentenced for pouring gas on, abusing woman

A Rocky Boy man will spend more than seven years in federal prison for threatening and sexually abusing a woman, including pouring gasoline over her and saying she would burn.

Blair Chiefstick, 22, pleaded guilty to a charge of aggravated sexual abuse in federal District Court in Great Falls.

Chief District Court Judge Dana Christensen sentenced Chiefstick Thursday in the court in Great Falls to 87 months in prison followed by 10 years of supervised release, said a press release issued Friday afternoon.

The press release said Chiefstick was charged after he went to a woman’s house on Rocky Boy’s Indian Reservation to ask for beer following a day of drinking beer and huffing gasoline.

When the woman, who was home with another adult and two children, opened the door, Chiefstick grabbed her by the ankles and dragged her into the master bedroom, then locked its door, the release said.

He then poured gasoline on her and “yelled that they were going to burn and die,” the release said, then sexually abused her.

After law enforcement officers arrested Chiefstick the next day, the release said, he told officers that he recalled having an altercation with the woman and jumped out the window and ran away because he did not want to be arrested.

Once convicted, just bury this guy alive and be done with it. At 22, he's only become more of a piece of garbage in Montana state prison. Learning new tricks to harm others with even worse. Also, huffing gas is terrible for your brain. That isn't ever going to heal. So now you just have a mentally defective sexual and violent predator attacking people upon release. No thanks. Put him down like the wild beast he is now and avoid all the BS that's coming.
