Havre Police Department

Maximilian Stallard, 24, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and a suspended or revoked driver’s license after he tested positive at his 24/7 Sobriety Program appointment at 8:13 a.m. Friday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 3:42 p.m. Friday call from 13th Street West about a woman who may have taken an overdose of Tylenol.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle, noninjury crash after a 3:42 p.m. Friday call from 2nd Avenue and 1st Street.

———

Malcolm Ernest Obresley, 23, of Great Falls, was arrested on a charge of probation violation after an officers investigated suspicious activity at 11:27 p.m. Friday at a 1st Street establishment.

Steven Robert Schwarzrock, 21, of Chinook, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and speeding at a 1:42 a.m. Saturday motor vehicle stop on 1st Street.

Officers investigated an 11:17 a.m. Saturday call from 3rd Street about a bucket of concrete that was thrown through a truck window.

Officers investigated a 12:52 p.m. Saturday call from 5th Avenue about a storage unit that was broken into.

Officers investigated a 1:25 p.m. Saturday call from Grant Avenue about a hit and run motor vehicle crash.

Two 14-year-olds were issued a summons on charges of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor, a 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of MIP, a 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and criminal contempt and a 15-year-old was issued a summons on charges of MIP and probation violation after an officer investigated a possible juvenile party at 9:57 p.m. Saturday on 2nd Street.

An officer investigated a 1:50 a.m. Sunday fight at a 1st Street West business.

Chan Bigknife, 41, of Box Elder, was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt after officers investigated a 2:34 a.m. Sunday call from 4th Street about a suspicious call from a 7th Avenue and 2nd Street business.

Monte Dean Fox Sr., 53, of Hays, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers received an 11:59 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street Northeast residence about a man sleeping in a hallway.

Officers responded to an 8:58 a.m. Monday call from the library about four rocks that were thrown at the window in the front and shattered it.

A summons was issued to Joseph William Henderson, 22, of Box Elder, on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 9:13 a.m. Monday at the police station.

Officers responded to a 9:50 a.m. Monday from 2nd Street about someone breaking the windows out of a camper.

———

Officers investigated a 2:01 p.m. Monday call from a 1st Street establishment about a woman who wrote a check on a closed account.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A summons was issued to a 17-year-old for MIP at a 1:47 a.m. Saturday motor vehicle stop on Main Street East in Box Elder.

Andre Walkingeagle Wright, 29, of Box Elder, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at a 2:27 a.m. Saturday motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 87.

———

Deputies served a warrant to Kohl Jolen Keto, 20, of Havre, on a probation pickup and hold warrant at 1:26 p.m. Monday at the Hill County Detention Center.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, two calls Saturday, one call Sunday and two calls Monday.

Firefighters responded to a 12:35 p.m. Monday call to the 900 Block of 18th Street.

Animal Shelter

This morning the animal shelter held a black female cat, a black and tan male cat, a brown, black and white female cat, a black and white male border collie puppy, a black and white male pit-mix and a tan and white male mix-breed dog.

Births

A girl was born to Jessika and Matthew Sayler of Havre Nov. 27, 2013.

Come on Havre Daily.... If you're going to publish specific names, you should also publish specific addresses of all said incidents as well, in the for the record section. Such small town BS. Who are you covering for?

I have yet to see anybody being charged with Drunken Indian or being arrested because they are Indian. Keep me posted if the aforementioned happens.
