Officers investigated a 9:32 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about a stolen tablet.

Chrissie Al Blackbird, 57, of Havre, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 1:27 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street establishment about three drunk men in an alley, on of whom is laying on the ground, who keep trying to buy alcohol.

———

Officers investigated a 6:40 p.m. Tuesday call from the post office about a found wallet.

———

Tyrel Henry Bear, 27, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, resisting arrest and an outstanding state District Court warrant, Joshua Charles Randa, 27, of Box Elder, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and Jona Jo Bear, 24, of Montana was issued a summons for obstructing a peace officer after officers served a warrant at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday.

Andrew Sinclair, 21, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of unlawful transactions with children after officers responded to a 9 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street from an anonymous caller about a party with minors drinking.

Dave G. Bekker, 45, of Havre, was arrested on a charge of driving under the influence after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 10:56 p.m. Tuesday at a 5th Avenue business.

Macy Rae Belcourt, 26, of Havre was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, violation of conditions of release and an outstanding state District Court warrant, and Michael Barron Infante, 34, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of suspended or revoked driver’s license and an outstanding Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop that turned into a foot pursuit after 1:20 a.m. Wednesday on 3rd Street.

Two summonses or arrests were made after officers investigated a 2:28 a.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street Northeast apartment complex about three underage drunk girls in the hallway making noise.

Jonelle Brown, 19, of Havre, was issued a summons for purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor after officers responded to a 3:16 a.m. Wednesday call from the Oakwood Area about a girl who was going to try and walk all the way to Hillside.

———

Officers investigated a 3:56 a.m. Wednesday call from 5th Street about a girl who was playing a game when she heard a noise at her window and saw a man kick out her window. She yelled at him and he took off running down the street.

Officers investigated a 2:33 p.m. Wednesday call from a 1st Street business about a two-vehicle, noninjury crash.

———

Officers investigated a 2:46 p.m. Wednesday call from a 3rd Street business about a man who broke the caller’s mother’s phone and then took off in a silver car with a damaged back end.

———

George Robert Romero, 49, of Bonney Lake, Wash., was arrested on charges of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance, suspended or revoked driver’s license and two outstanding Justice or City court warrants after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 9:33 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. Highway 2 East.

Officers investigated a 10:15 p.m. Wednesday call from a 2nd Street business about the calling party’s wife coming out of the movie theater and finding her back passenger window of her truck was apparently shot out.

A 16-year-old boy was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault, criminal contempt and juvenile curfew violations after officers responded to a 1:09 a.m. Thursday call from 14th Street about the calling party’s 16-year-old son breaking up everything in the house.

Officers investigated a 1:55 a.m. Thursday call from 3rd Street about a 90s-model Jeep hitting parked vehicles.

———

Officers investigated an 8:23 a.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business from someone who wanted to speak to an officer about an incident.

———

Avery Gladeaux, 51, of Rocky Boy, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and trespassing after officers responded to a 2:35 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business about a non-combative male shoplifter.

———

A noninjury motor vehicle accident was investigated after officers responded to a 2:59 p.m. Thursday call from 7th Street and 5th Avenue.

———

Officers investigated a 4:20 p.m. Thursday call from 3rd Avenue and 7th Street about a maroon Honda hitting a tree and a stop sign after swerving to miss a truck that pulled out in front of it and then took off.

Officers investigated a 9:21 p.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street business about a non-combative shopper.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies served a warrant to Jordan James Normandy, 20, of Havre, for a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia at 11:51 a.m. Tuesday.

Deputies investigated a 2:40 p.m. Tuesday call from a 2nd Street West business about the theft of aluminum and copper.

———

Deputies served Warren Lee Brown, 38, of Harlem an outstanding Justice or City court warrant at 3:09 p.m. Tuesday.

———

Deputies served a warrant on a Hill County Detention Center inmate at 4:35 p.m. Thursday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday and three calls Thursday.
