Marlee Sue Kirchgasler, 19, of Havre was arrested on charges of careless driving and failure to yield right of way while exiting a private driveway after officers responded to a 7:56 a.m. Tuesday call from 8th Avenue about a two-vehicle, noninjury crash.

Anthony Terry Enemyhunter, 26, of Havre was arrested on a charge of theft after officers responded to an 8:28 a.m. Tuesday call from 17th Street West Street about the theft on an iPad, after officers received a 2:42 p.m. call from a Montana Avenue business saying he was in the shop.

An officer assisted a citizen after receiving a 9 a.m. Tuesday call about the calling party having problems with his children.

Officers investigated a 3:17 p.m. Tuesday call from Wilson Avenue about someone hitting the calling party’s mailbox.

Officers investigated juvenile status offenses after receiving a 3:54 p.m. Tuesday call at the police station about the calling party trying to locate his juvenile son from Great Falls.

Victoria Anne Fourstar, 43, of Havre and David Lyle Adams, 43, of Havre were arrested on charges of theft of labor or services or use of property after officers responded to a 5:33 p.m. Tuesday call from a Montana Avenue business about two people who would not pay for their taxi ride.

A noninjury motor vehicle crash between a Subaru and a truck was investigated after a 5:44 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street.

Drew John Cole, 33, of Havre was issued a summons for shoplifting after officers responded to a 6:52 p.m. Tuesday call from a 2nd Street business about the calling party having a man shoplifting on tape from Monday.

Crystal Dawn Horn, 41, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, contempts for which justice of the peace may punish and obstructing a peace officer after officers responded to a 10:39 p.m. Tuesday call from Boulevard Avenue about a woman trying to break into a pickup with a rock.

An officer investigated suspicious activity at 11:41 p.m. Tuesday at Boothill Plaza, where someone hit the wall of brick.

Officers investigated a 2:47 a.m. Wednesday call from 19th Street about suspicious activity.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 1:53 p.m. Tuesday call from Pat’s Trailer Court about a vehicle that was taken the night before.

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday and one call this morning

Firefighters were called to the 10 Block of 3rd Street at 4:53 p.m. Tuesday to address a fire alarm set off by room deodorizer.

Animal Shelter

A black and white male border collie puppy was placed in the shelter Nov. 19, a white and tan male border collie mix was placed in the shelter Jan. 3 and a gray and white male cat was placed in the shelter Jan. 8.
