Saturday's Prep Basketball: HHS girls beat CMR, again

The Havre High girls basketball team took little time to get back on track. On Saturday afternoon, the Blue Ponies won their seventh game in their last eight outings, beating the CMR Rustlers 57-56 in Great Falls. Payton Filius scored a game-high 21 points as the Ponies beat the Rustlers for the second time this season.

Meanwhile, in Havre, the HHS boys didn't fare as well against the Rustlers. Class AA CMR ran away from HHS 60-34. Dane Warp led the Ponies with 13 points as HHS slumped to its fourth straight loss.
