Havre Police Department

Edward Charles Isaacson, 33, of Havre was arrested on charges of a violation of a protective order and a probation violation after officers responded to an 8:41 a.m. Tuesday complaint at the police station about someone who wanted to speak to an officer about a man.

Sadie Madonna Finley, 21, of Havre was issued a summons for criminal contempt at 12:09 p.m. Tuesday at the police station.

Officers investigated a noninjury, two-vehicle motor vehicle crash at 3:21 p.m. Tuesday on 5th Avenue.

Gerald Alex Belgrade Jr., 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of probation violation after officers received a 3:23 p.m. Tuesday call from 10th Street West about drug offenses.

Officers investigated a noninjury, three-vehicle motor vehicle crash after receiving a 3:34 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street.

Officers investigated a noninjury, two-vehicle motor vehicle crash after receiving a 4:26 p.m. Tuesday call from a 3rd Avenue business.

Officers investigated a 4:52 p.m. Tuesday complaint at the police station about a woman who used a caller’s information to get a furniture loan at a furniture store.

Lorraine Pratt Pester, 57, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of a vicious dog after officers responded to a 5:36 p.m. Tuesday call from 2nd Street about a boy being bitten by a dog.

An 11:06 p.m. Tuesday call from 7th Street about a pen that was taken apart and had “white stuff” inside was investigated.

Colt Ryan Billy, 27, of Box Elder was arrested on a charge of trespassing after officers responded to a midnight call from a Havre casino Wednesday about a man who was passed out.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Rosalia Kaye Ball, 19, of Havre was served a state District Court warrant at 11:53 a.m. Tuesday on Jefferson Avenue.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Tuesday.

Firefighters were called to the 3200 Block of U.S. Highway 2 West at 2:56 p.m. Tuesday to put out a fire started by an unauthorized burning of wood pallets. The fire was extinguished and a citation was issued by the Hill County Sheriff’s Office.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white female mix-breed puppy was placed in the shelter Jan. 27 and a black, white and tan male border collie-mix was placed in the shelter Feb. 3.
