Officers investigated a 9:29 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about a counterfeit $20 bill taken at the business the day before.

Officers investigated a 9:54 a.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street business about the business receiving a counterfeit $20 bill.

Katherine Jean Defebrizio, 28, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving under the influence, criminal contempt, careless driving and failure to carry or produce proof of insurance after officers investigated an 11:38 a.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street about a two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle crash between a Buick and a Chevrolet after receiving a noon call from 3rd Avenue.

Alejandro Plascencia Jr., 20, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of trespassing and a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 12:25 p.m. Tuesday call from 1st Street Northeast about the calling party fighting with her boyfriend.

Officers investigated a 12:59 p.m. Tuesday call from a 1st Street West business about a two-vehicle noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Jason Dorian Dean Owensby, 40, of Havre was arrested on two charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal contempt and driving without insurance after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 11:34 p.m. Tuesday on McKinley Avenue.

Emalisa Raelynn Eagleman, 22, of Havre, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer, criminal contempt and unlawful transactions with children and a 16-year-old girl was issued a summons for obstructing a peace officer and juvenile curfew violations after officers investigated a 12:21 a.m. Wednesday call from Highland Park School about kids on the playground equipment.

Hill Country Sheriff’s Office

Samuel Alexander St. Marks, 32, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct after deputies responded to a 9:58 p.m. Tuesday call from Bitterroot Trailer Court.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Tuesday.

Animal Shelter

A tan and white female mix-breed puppy was placed in shelter Jan. 27 and a black, white and tan male border collie-mix was placed in the shelter Feb. 3.
