Officers investigated a complaint made from 14th Street West at 7:52 a.m. Thursday.

Officers investigated a report made Thursday at 8:21 a.m. from Wilson Avenue of tools having been stolen from a house.

———

Thursday at 8:40 a.m., officers investigated a complaint from a 3rd Avenue bank of an unwanted man who keeps “coming to the bank.”

After receiving a report from 2nd Street of a domestic disturbance at 8:56 a.m. Thursday, officers arrested Samuel Reuben Onespot, 22, of Havre on a charge of partner of family member assault.

Officers investigated a report made from Havre High School at 1:18 p.m. of an assault.

Zachery James Flansburg, 20, of Havre was arrested for partner of family member assault after officers responded to a disturbance reported from 5th Street at 5:48 p.m.

———

Officers responding to a disturbance call from a 1st street Northeast residence at 10:43 p.m. arrested Thomas Harwood, 23, of Browning on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with a communication device.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies investigated a theft report made Thursday at 9:15 a.m. from a U.S. Highway 2 West business.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical services responded to two medical calls Thursday and one this morning. Fire crews responded to two calls Thursday. At 8:22 a.m. a caller reported a gas smell, and the fire crew discovered a stove top burner had not been completely shut off. At 7:11 a caller reported concerns about the heat and smell from an oven that had been started in self-cleaning mode, and fire crews determined the oven was operating at normal capacity.
