Officers investigated an 11:09 a.m. Friday call from a 1st Street business about a stolen check.

Officers investigated a 2:25 p.m. Friday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a noninjury motor vehicle crash.

Tammy Kay Swick, 41, of Kremlin was arrested on a charge of violating a protective order after officers responded to a 6:45 p.m. Friday call from 6th Avenue about a woman who was causing a disturbance at the house of the calling party, who had a temporary restraining order against her.

A 15-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor after an officer investigated suspicious activity at 12:02 a.m. Saturday at a 1st Street West business.

Two people were arrested after officers responded to a 1:20 a.m. Saturday call from a 1st Street West establishment about two men about to fight and the entire bar being out back. No other information was given.

Francis Ralph Amos, Jr., 32, of Riverton, Wyo., was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence and without a driver’s license after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:07 a.m. Saturday on 1st Street West.

Officers responded to a 5:06 p.m. Saturday drug offense call from a 9th Avenue business about the calling party requesting assistance with removing items from a hotel room.

John Martin Holman, 22, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officer served the warrant at 7:11 p.m. Saturday at a 2nd Street residence.

Three 12-year-olds and a 13-year-old were issued summonses on charges of juvenile curfew violations after an officer investigated suspicious activity of juvenile boys running from the patrol car at 3:18 a.m. Sunday at 11th Street West.

Dakotarose Corrina Greshock, 18, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt and purchase or possession of an intoxicant by a minor after an officer was flagged down at 3:56 a.m. Sunday on 13th Street and Boulevard Avenue.

Dillon Michael Lipp, 22, of Hingham was arrested on charges of DUI and careless driving after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on College Hill.

Patrick Ryan Schroeder, 23, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with fictitious plates after officers responded to a 2:27 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West business.

Tiffany Daniella Cowan, 29, of Havre was arrested on a charge of violation of conditions of release after officers responded to a 2:42 p.m. Sunday call from a 1st Street West business about a woman in a casino when she should not be

Officers investigated a 3:47 p.m Sunday call from 5th Street about someone requesting officers to watch him while he removes leaves from his gutters while he records it for a potential lawsuit against his neighbor, whose trees the calling party believed the leaves belonged to.

Officers investigated an 8:24 p.m. Sunday call from 5th Street about items taken from the calling party’s home while they were away.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Vicki Lynn Simonson, 49, of Havre was arrested on a charge of trespassing after deputies responded to a 12:37 a.m. Saturday call from the railroad tracks east of the viaduct when the calling party said she was in her car and it was stuck on the tracks.

Taylor Dawn Matsko, 24, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after deputies responded to a 4:15 p.m. Saturday call from a U.S. Highway 2 East trailer court.

Klayton Tyler Ameline, 21, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of operating a motor vehicle without valid registration, no insurance, no driver’s license and on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies made a 1:13 a.m. Sunday motor vehicle stop in Box Elder.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Friday, two calls Saturday, two calls Sunday and one this morning.

Firefighters were called to the 700 Block of 12th Street at 3:48 p.m. Friday to investigate people burning a stump.

Firefighters were called to the 800 Block of 7th Street at 11:43 p.m. Saturday to investigate a fire pit in a backyard.

———

Firefighters were called to the 400 Block of 5th Avenue at 8:43 a.m. Sunday to investigate a gas regulator that was thought to be malfunctioning.

Firefighters were called to the 3400 Block of U.S. Highway 2 at 12:27 a.m. this morning to investigate people burning things in their yard.

A boy was born to Kristin Mount and Chase Morin of Hays March 14, 2014.
