Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a 9:32 a.m. Monday call from 5th Street about a garage and trailer that was broken into.

Shawn Joseph Saddler Sr., 47, of Rocky Boy was arrested on a charge of criminal contempt and on a Justice or City court warrant after officers responded to a 3:18 p.m. Monday call from 4th Street about an intoxicated man bugging people and pounding on the calling party’s window.

Tayla Wren Overlie, 25, of Havre was served a Justice or City court warrant at 4:04 p.m. Monday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 4:46 p.m. Monday call from Northern Montana Hospital about a dog bite.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated an 11:50 a.m Monday call from Havre High School about a juvenile girl who wanted to report a rape.

Karl Allan Larson, 45, of Havre was arrested on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, no insurance and probation violation after deputies made a motor vehicle stop on U.S. Highway 2 West at 1:59 p.m. Monday.

Tiffany Daniella Cowan, 28, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant after deputies served it to her at 7:31 p.m. Monday on 3rd Street.

Deputies investigated an 11:01 p.m. Monday call from Rudyard in which a juvenile girl was crying and saying her mother was out of control and being mean to her. The call was disconnected after the police dispatcher heard a woman in the background asking for the phone.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Monday.
