Local Bowling Report: Happy Holidays from Hi Line Lanes

Ten Pin Chatter...

Time is running out and the spots are filling up for the New Year’s Eve Jackpot, so if you want to have a fun night on New Year’s Eve, call the lanes and reserve your lanes. Please do not wait until the last minute, or you will probably be turned away. Every year we have to turn away people because we get filled up.

TOURNEY TRAIL: The P.B.A. started this last Sunday with the World Series of Bowling, being held in Las Vegas. Liz Johnson made history as she was the first woman ever to qualify twice for a televised show. The Tournament resumes this Sunday at 11 a.m. RMT on espn.

Saturday, Jan. 3, the Over 40 Scratch Classic and Sunday, Jan. 4, the ever popular 40/90 Doubles Classic will be held. Entries are limited to the first 32 entries. Call Littles Lanes at 452-4116. The Miller Masters, Jan. 10-11, is at Sleeping Giant Lanes. Go to Bowl/Montana.com for more information.

This will be the final article for 2014 as some of the leagues will not be bowling during the holidays. We will resume the first week in January. Happy holidays everyone.
