Havre Police Department

Everson Mosquito, 21, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and on a charge of criminal contempt after an officer served a warrant at 3:48 p.m. Wednesday at Montana State University-Northern.

Officers investigated a 4:57 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Street about a car that was side-swiped.

Officers investigated an 8:29 p.m. Wednesday call from 2nd Street about the driver of a white Jeep Cherokee with different colored doors hitting a neighbor’s car and taking off.

Shelby Lynn Walker, 22, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer and on a Justice or City court warrant and Chelsey Leigh Buck, 27, of Havre was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer after officers investigated an 11:56 p.m. Wednesday call from 1st Street Northeast about girls fighting.

Officers investigated a 12:20 a.m. call this morning from a 1st Street business about a customer’s pickup involved in a hit and run.

After an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:09 a.m. today on 1st Street, a 14-year-old was issued a summons on charges of traffic crime, driving without a driver’s license, obstructing a peace officer and juvenile curfew violation and a 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of juvenile curfew violations and permitting unauthorized minor to drive.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a 3:29 p.m. Wednesday call from 405 Road South about individuals who were going to take a vehicle that did not belong to them.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday.

Hill County Animal Shelter

An adult female mix-breed tan and white dog with a large blue collar and no tags was found at the mall around 10 a.m. Wednesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

A male tan and white mix-breed dog was placed in the Havre Animal Shelter March 30, a male tan pit bull-mix April 1 and a female red and tan pit bull-mix April 9.

A girl was born to Jessie Stalford and Jacob Smith of Havre April 14, 2015.
