Lindsey Marie Casebolt, 27, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program no show at 8:21 a.m. Thursday at the police station.

Officers investigated a 9:11 a.m. Thursday call from a 1st Street West business about someone being filmed shoplifting the day prior.

Carrie Lyn Gartner, 32, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after officers responded to a 10:40 a.m. Thursday call from 4th Street about a domestic disturbance.
