Officers investigated a 12:04 p.m. Monday call from 7th Street about a two-vehicle, noninjury motor vehicle crash.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of “other—traffic crime,” a 16-year-old was issued a summons on a charge of failure to carry or produce proof of insurance and violating restrictions of traffic education learner’s license and Jordan James Normandy, 21, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer made a motor vehicle stop at 2:04 p.m. Monday on 11th Street.
