Derek Paul Converse, 31, of Havre was arrested on a charge of probation violation after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 8:02 a.m. Wednesday at the police station.

Officers were called to assist Rocky Boy Police Department at 3:08 p.m. Wednesday. No details were provided.

Officers were called to investigate a report of a man shoplifting at a 1st Street business Wednesday at 4:52 p.m.

Officers were called Wednesday at 5:13 p.m. to investigate a hit and run crash on Cleveland Avenue.

Tracey Hope Tipton, 19, of Havre turned herself in on two Justice or City court warrants Wednesday at 11:47 p.m.

Demetry George Treperinas, 22, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of abandoned auto today at 3:06 a.m. on 5th Avenue.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Kimberly Anne Day, 26, of Cut Bank was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 10:13 a.m. Wednesday at Hill County Detention Center.

Wednesday at 3:57 p.m. a caller on U.S. Highway 2 East complained that drivers are passing the school bus which is stopped with the lights on and dropping off children. The caller reported that some kids almost got hit. Deputies and Montana Highway Patrol have been made aware of the problem.

Landin John Gwynn, 32, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant at HCDC at 5:51 p.m. Wednesday.

Deputies investigated a fraudulent customer return reported at U.S. Highway 2 West business Wednesday at 7:32 p.m.

This morning the animal shelter held a female black kitten and a male black Labrador puppy.
