Jason Skidmore, 32, of Hays and Carl John Morsette, 43, of Havre were each issued a summons on a charge of shoplifting, after a caller at a 1st Street business reported at 2:51 p.m. Friday that a man who had been reported at 11:59 a.m. stealing from the store had returned.

Kyle Lee Lamere, 25, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at 12:41 p.m. Friday on 12th Avenue.

Officers investigated a Friday 1:20 p.m. report from a 1st Street business that someone had tried to buy beer with a possible fake ID.

Gary Dean Ten Bear, 45, of Harlem was arrested on a charge of making an obscene phone call reported at 6:47 p.m. Friday, and at 8:28 p.m. was served a Justice or City court warrant at Hill County Detention Center.

Matt Gordon Keeling, 33, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of criminal mischief, “other” traffic crime and careless driving after a caller at a 5th Street facility reported Friday at 11:47 p.m. that her daughter’s boyfriend had slashed her tires and had almost run her over before driving away.

Officers investigated a 10 Street West report of a 4- or 5-year-old girl being locked out of her apartment Saturday at 12:50 a.m.

Officers investigated a report at 1:32 a.m. Saturday that the caller’s neighbors on 7th Street had been in a verbal dispute for the past 10 minutes.

Ashley Dolores Alvarado, 31, of Havre was arrested on charges of criminal contempt, driving without a license, careless driving and driving under the influence after a caller at 1:35 a.m. Saturday reported a driver on 10th Street West hitting a silver pickup with a white Cadillac then walking into a residence building.

Damian Michael Bartel, 23, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of violations restrictions of traffic education learner’s license at 9:52 a.m. Saturday at an 11th Street West business.

Misty Lynn Knapton, 40, of Havre was issued a summons on a charge of endangering the welfare of children after a caller reported Saturday at 10:58 a.m. a 2-year-old running around at 11th Street and 8th Avenue asking where her mother was.

Brandon Michael McFadden, 18, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after callers reported Saturday at 12:52 p.m. that a man and a woman were fighting on 3rd Avenue and the man hit the woman in the face before they both left on foot.

Officers assisted a 9th Avenue Northwest caller who asked Saturday at 3:19 p.m. to have someone speak to the parents of a child who is always in her yard and running around the neighborhood.

Mary Therese Healy, 29, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, Joel Wilson Blackelk III, 27, of Harlem was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and Katrina Rae Longknife, 26, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after officers were called to a 1st Street West business Saturday at 3:52 p.m. on a report that the caller’s sister was trying to take their mom’s car.

Ian Blaine McCarty, 36, of Havre was arrested on charges of violation of conditions of release and criminal contempt after a 24/7 Sobriety Program violation at 7:49 p.m. Saturday at the police station.

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on charges of no driver’s license, no insurance and headlamp violation and Kelly Jo Ahenakew, 37, of Rocky Boy was issued a summons on a charge of permitting an unauthorized minor to drive after an officer made a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Saturday at 7:59 p.m.

Officers were called to investigate a report made at 8:02 p.m. Saturday at Carpenter Park that four high school-aged people were calling the reporting party’s wife racial slurs. Officers issued two summonses, but no further information was provided.

Officers investigated a report from 3rd Street at 11:09 p.m. Saturday that a blue 1988 GMC Sierra had been stolen.

Dale Allen Hauge, 56, of Great Falls was arrested on a charge of possession of dangerous drugs and on a Justice or City court warrant after an officer responded to a report at 11:14 p.m. Saturday at a 1st Street establishment that two men were sitting on a bench smoking marijuana.

Adam Owan Graddy, 32, of Custer, South Dakota, was arrested on charges of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing a peace officer and carrying a concealed weapon while intoxicated, after an 8th Avenue caller reported someone trying to enter the house Sunday at 2:39 p.m.

Jonathan Jordan Clark, 28, of Havre was issued a summons on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license, reckless driving, two counts of “other accident,” failing to notify owner of damage to property or street and failing to give notice of accident, after a 16th Street West caller reported an accident Sunday at 7:39 a.m.

Officers investigated a report Sunday at 12:57 p.m. from 2nd Street that the caller’s 13-year-old grandchild had not returned home the previous night.

Sunday at 2:28 p.m. officers investigated a two-vehicle noninjury crash on 1st Street West.

Officers investigated a report made Sunday at 4:30 p.m. of items having been stolen from a 2nd Street Northeast home while the caller was in jail.

——

Officers investigated a report made Sunday at 4:48 p.m. of a two-vehicle, noninjury crash on 13th Avenue.

Officers were called to Northern Montana Hospital Sunday at 7 p.m. to investigate a report of a dog bite.

Officers investigated a report of child abuse called in Sunday at 7:12 p.m. from 2nd Street.

——

Acyonna Sponsler, 21, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after officers were called to 2nd Street Sunday at 10:41 p.m. to assist with a disagreement between the caller and her daughter.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Carmen Rae Moreno, 32, of Box Elder was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Friday at 10:24 a.m.

Cody Michael Anderson, 21, of Havre was arrested on a state District Court warrant at the detention center Friday at 11:21 a.m.

Kenneth Stanley Wade Gardipee, 32, was arrested on a state District Court warrant and Justice or City court warrant at the detention center Friday at 12:12 p.m.

After a caller reported Friday at 7:14 p.m. that he was driving his wife from Malta to the hospital in Havre at a high rate of speed because she was having a baby. Dispatch alerted local law enforcement.

Deputies investigated a 9:43 a.m. Saturday report from 36th Street Southeast to investigate a window with a hole in it.

Donald Jay Watson, 48, of Havre was arrested on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia and on a Justice or City court warrant after deputies were called to a U.S. Highway 87 location to provide assistance.

Paula Yvette Parisian, 42, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of assault, trespass to vehicles and two counts of criminal mischief after an 11:44 p.m. Sunday report from a Box Elder establishment that a woman had taken a vehicle and an 11:54 p.m. report that a woman had broken the front window of the establishment and left to go to another establishment.

A 16-year-old boy arrested on a pickup and hold order was transported from Box Elder to the emergency room.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical technicians responded to two calls Friday, three calls Saturday, one call Sunday and one call early this morning.

Fire crews responded to a fire call Saturday at 9:54 p.m. and a fire alarm that turned out to be a malfunction Sunday.
