Havre Police Department

Officers investigated a theft after someone from an 18th Avenue address called Wednesday at 9:04 a.m. to report that a toolbox and tools were stolen from the back of truck.

Officers investigated a domestic disturbance call that was made from a 3rd Street address Wednesday at 9:35 a.m. An arrest was made but no further information was provided.

Oscar Alejandro Escobedo, 36, of North Las Vegas, Nevada was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest after someone from a 1st Street business called at 10:29 a.m. Wednesday to report there was a man in the bathroom with a beer, and he wouldn’t open the stall door.

A 14-year-old was arrested Wednesday at Havre High School on a charge of minor in possession after a Havre High employee reported an alcohol violation at 10:30 a.m.

Eugene James Walls, 42, of Montana was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop on 1st Street Wednesday at 12:40 p.m.

Officers investigated the theft of two extension chords after someone from a 1st Street residence reported the theft Wednesday at 4:06 p.m.

William Bernard Robbins, 28, of Havre was arrested Wednesday at 4:59 p.m. at the police station on charges of violation of a protective order, possession of drug paraphernalia and probation violation after someone came to the police station to report a protection violation.

Russell Clifford Cooper, 45, of Havre was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct Wednesday at 8:20 p.m. at a 2nd Street business.

Kyle James Pribyl, 25, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant this morning at 1:23 at a 1st Street establishment.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a motor vehicle accident at a U.S. Highway 2 West business parking lot that was called in Wednesday at 3:19 p.m. No injuries were reported.

Deputies investigated a theft at a U.S. Highway 2 business after someone from the business called Wednesday at 4:31 p.m.

——

Deputies investigated a complaint from a 3rd Street North establishment Wednesday at 6:18 p.m. that a woman was intoxicated and shivering in a vehicle that was parked in the establishment parking lot.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to one call Wednesday.

——

Fire crews responded to a call Wednesday at 11:13 a.m. at the 1200 Block of 4th Street North, where construction workers were digging and hit a gas line. The gas line was shut off, Northwest Energy was notified and fixed the line.
