Havre Police Department

Officers responded to a 2nd Street Northeast address after someone reported a disturbance Monday at 10:02 a.m. and arrested Taylor Dawn Matsko, 25, of Havre on a charge of non-aggravated partner or family assault and issued a summons to Taylor Lee Storm on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Officers investigated a report from a business on the 1400 Block of 1st Street at 11:38 a.m. Monday that a bike had been parked at the business for several weeks.

Officers investigated a report of theft after someone called the police department Monday at 2:09 p.m. to report that “brother stole other brother's $30 gift card.”

Officers arrested Arne Erik Sippola, 65, of Havre on three charges of criminal contempt after someone called the police department Monday at 3:57 p.m. to “speak to officer on phone.”

Officers investigated after someone from a 9th Street apartment complex called Monday at 6:50 p.m. to report that a younger male with a “scraggly beard” and wearing a black beanie was looking through mailboxes and took items from one.

Hill County Sheriff's Office

Deputies issued a summons on a charge of dogs running at large to Christopher Joseph Wood, 21, after a caller from a Clear Creek Road Southeast location reported at 8:23 p.m. Friday that a Pomeranian was at the caller’s residence.

Chirane Windyboy, 18, of Box Elder was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and purchase or possession of intoxicant by a minor after someone from a Box Elder establishment reported Saturday at 12:58 a.m. “a drunk female trying to fight people.”

Eleven Rae Lewis, 39, of Havre was arrested on a charge of contempt for which justice of the peace may punish at the Hill County Detention Center after she turned herself in Saturday at 10:19 p.m.

Deputies investigated a report of trespass after someone from a location on the 200 Block of 1st Street Northwest in Box Elder reported Sunday at 2:47 p.m. that someone broke into an occupied trailer and possibly spent the night there and caused damage to the back door.

Emergency fire crews responded to a call Monday and one Tuesday morning.
