MSU-N volleyball signs junior college transfer

MSU-Northern volleyball coach Bill Huebsch has announced the signing of Vaniris Vazquez. Vazquez is a 5-10 setter from Caguas, Puerto Rico, and she becomes the seventh member of the Skylights' 2016 recruiting class.

Vazquez was a redshirt at Western Nebraska Community College in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. Western Nebraska won the Region IX National Junior College Athletic Association title, and placed second at the NJCAA National Tournament.
