Havre has it for kids, too

Young people often spend the school year waiting for summer vacation, but when it comes they end up singing the refrain "there's nothing to do."

That should not be the case in Havre.

Havre organizations offer an array of things for young people to take part in during the summer, starting with the Boys & Girls Club of the Hi-Line.

The club is holding its annual summer program for members from noon to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Along with educational activities, the club has indoor and outdoor recreational activities during their June 13 to Aug. 25 summer session.
