After a caller from Wilson Avenue reported at 11:11 a.m. Wednesday that a dog had attacked another dog, officers issued a summons to Daryl John Norden, 53, of Havre on a charge of vicious dog.

Responding to a call from 4th Street at 11:24 a.m. Wednesday, officers issued a summons to Jathan Roberto Moreno, 38, on a charge of assault.
