Officers investigated a sex offense after an FBI agent made a report Tuesday at 11:19 a.m.

Officers investigated a burglary after a 3rd Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 2:23 p.m. that a house was broken into and items were stolen.

Blake Albert, 19, of Havre was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 3:54 p.m. at the police station.

Officers investigated a complaint that a car was broken into, reported by an Assinniboine Avenue caller Tuesday at 4:47 p.m.

Officers investigated a theft report after the same Assinniboine Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 5:02 p.m. that another vehicle was broken into and items were stolen.

Officers investigated a sex offense reported Tuesday at 9:29 p.m at the police station.

Officers made an arrest Tuesday at 11:36 p.m. after investigating suspicious activity on 3rd Avenue. No further information was made available.

Leo Joseph Winters, 29, of Harlem was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Wednesday at 12:17 a.m. at Pepin Park.

Officers investigated an auto theft report after a Kennedy Avenue caller said Wednesday at 6:49 a.m. that a white Ford F-150 pickup truck was stolen during the night.

Matthew John Bell, 32, of Harlem was arrested for a partner or family member assault charge after a caller from a 1st Street Northeast address reported a domestic disturbance Wednesday at 1:52 p.m.

Officers assisted a citizen after someone reported at the police station Wednesday at 5:43 p.m. that a daycare provider grabbed a 5-year-old’s wrist and left marks.

Officers assisted probation and parole and the task force in making two arrests Wednesday at 5:43 p.m. behind a 1st Street business. No further information was made available.

Officers assisted a citizen after an 11th Street caller reported this morning at 3:01 an internet scam or blackmail.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Jeffrey Jay Polensky, 38, of Havre was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault during a motor vehicle stop at 12:05 this morning after a caller from a 26th Avenue West address reported a disturbance about an hour earlier.

Deputies investigated an assault report after a caller from Railroad Pagers’ Campground reported this morning at 3:10 that their camper was entered by two men.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Wednesday and one call this morning.

A girl was born Wednesday, July 6, 2016 to Mark and Angela Simpson of Havre.
