Stormy Cloud Yearout of Havre, 18, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after suspicious activity was reported Thursday at 10:26 a.m. on First Street Northeast.

Officers investigated a complaint of threatening messages reported at the police station Thursday at 2:05 p.m.

Vicki Lynn Simonson of Havre, 50, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 7:37 p.m. at the police station.

Thursday at 9:09 p.m. a caller on Wilson Avenue reported a found cellphone.

At 12:13 a.m. today someone from a First Street business requested extra patrol around the business.

Deputies investigated a theft reported on 34th Avenue West Thursday 10:55 p.m.

Moses Lloyd Champagne of Havre, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 11:34 a.m. at Hill County Detention Center.

Deputies investigated a suspicious activity report after a River Road caller reported Thursday at 4:03 p.m. someone had attempted to break into an outbuilding.
