Havre Police Department

Rae Lee Bibeau of Havre, 37, was issued a summons on a careless driving charge after a caller near Havre Middle School reported Thursday at 8:11 a.m. that a blue and gray pickup truck drove on the sidewalk in front of the school to get around traffic.

Levi Ernest Baker of Havre, 18, was issued a summons on charges of reckless driving and driving without a driver’s license after a caller near Eighth Street reported Thursday at 8:18 a.m. that a gold Buick passed a public works vehicle at a high speed.

Frank McConnell of Havre, 39, was arrested Thursday at 10:50 p.m. near a First Street West business on a charge of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash near a First Street business after a report was made Wednesday at 2:52 p.m. that a hit and run had happened between a pickup truck and a car.

Victoria Dawn-Lynn Gerrard of Havre, 30, was arrested on a charge of partner or family member assault after police dispatch reported Thursday at 6:52 p.m. receiving a call and hang up from a Fifth Street address. Dispatch called back twice but was not able to leave a message.

John Morris Damson of Havre, 43, was arrested on charges of driving without a driver’s license and failure to produce proof of insurance Wednesday at 7:28 p.m. near Seventh Avenue.

Shelly Flying Sanchez of Havre, 44, was issued a summons on a charge of disorderly conduct after police received a report from a Second Street caller Wednesday at 7:52 p.m. that someone came in her house and yelled at her teenager. A second person then came to the police station to speak to an officer about the incident.

Sean Ryan Runsthrough of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Thursday at 9:31 p.m. that a man had taken her baby and ran to a house down the street with the child.

Officers made two arrests after a Sixth Avenue caller reported Thursday at 10:47 p.m. that her daughters had not returned home yet. No additional information was provided.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a burglary report after a person from an Eagle Lane location in Box Elder called Thursday at 5:58 p.m.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday

Emergency fire crews responded to two fire calls, one Thursday at 10:58 a.m. at the 600 Block of Ninth Street, and the other at 8:27 p.m. on the 1900 Block of Second Street Northeast. Both caller reported gas odors and both times, the odor was unconfirmed and everything checked out OK.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held Thursday morning a yellow Labrador mix dog.
