Havre Police Department

Donald Garret Bear of Hays, 34, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant and a charge of no insurance during a vehicle stop on First Street Monday at 8:33 a.m.

After a report was made by Adult Probation and Patrol Monday at 11:21 a.m. that an unlicensed driver had driven off down First Street, Kody John Campanella of Havre, 32, was arrested during a vehicle stop on First Street at 11:26 a.m. on charges of driving with a suspended or revoked driver’s license and failure to carry proof of insurance.

Officers assisted probation and parole on a search Monday at 12:03 p.m. on First Street.

Officers investigated a Monday 1:30 p.m. report of theft at a First Street West business.

Rachel Diane Hawley of Havre, 35, was arrested on a charge of criminal trespass to property after an Eighth Street caller reported Monday at 1:33 p.m. that a woman who wouldn’t leave a residence.

Officers investigated an 8:18 p.m. Monday report from Second Street that a woman was stabbed in the leg.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

No arrests or investigations were listed in the dispatch log.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Monday.

Fire crews and NorthWestern Energy personnel responded to a 9:29 a.m. Monday report of a gas leak on the 500 Block of Fourth Avenue. No leak was found.

Fire crews and NorthWestern Energy personnel responded to a 9:36 a.m. Monday report carbon monoxide detector sounding alarm on the 700 Block of Eighth Avenue. Fire crews left after NWE arrived. No injuries were reported.

Fire crews were called to the 1700 Block of U.S. Highway 2 Northwest after a vehicle fire was reported Monday at 9:41 a.m. Responders smelled a burning odor, but the flame had self-extinguished. No injuries were reported.
