Zack Lee Ambler of Havre, 21, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Thursday at 7:42 a.m.

Officers assisted a citizen after a Fourth Street caller reported a restraining order violation Thursday at 9:24 a.m.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Third Street business caller reported  Thursday at 1:05 p.m. that a female customer was threatened by a male customer.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report after a Jefferson Avenue caller said Thursday at 1:27 p.m. that someone may have tried to break into her apartment.

Officers made two arrests after a First Street Northeast caller reported Thursday at 2:10 p.m. that a woman had tried to assault a tenant. Trisha Marie Daychild of Box Elder, 31, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant, and Thomas Wayne Belt of Rocky Boy, 25, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants.

Triston Alexander Ehry of Havre, 19, was arrested on a charge of assault on a minor after a Fifth Street caller reported Thursday at 3:43 p.m. that juveniles were fighting.

Officers investigated a complaint after a Washington Avenue caller reported Thursday at 4:25 p.m. that a group of juveniles were yelling and had flipped off a house.

Officers investigated a drug offense report after a First Street northeast caller reported Thursday at 4:35 p.m. that they found paraphernalia. That caller made another report at 5:27 p.m., saying that more paraphernalia had been found.

Daniel Jake Waldner of Havre, 33, was arrested on a disorderly conduct charge after an 11th Street West caller reported Thursday at 4:52 p.m. that a man broke the door and tore apart the shower.

Officers investigated a complaint after someone at the Havre Skate Park reported Thursday at 7 p.m. they had left bag at the park the previous night and now the contents were broken.

Jonathan Wade Stump of Box Elder, 33, was arrested on charges of criminal mischief and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence and on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street Northeast caller reported Thursday at 9:43 p.m. that someone threw a piece of metal through the window.

Officers investigated a disturbance report after an 11th Street caller reported Thursday at 11:06 p.m. that their husband and son were fighting downstairs.

Officers made two arrests after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Thursday at 11:58 p.m. that a man who said he was beat up came to the door bleeding. Artie Warren Hoops of Harlem, 25, was arrested on charges of assault, disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace office, and Kyle Medicine Bear of Havre, 25, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants.

Officers investigated a suspicious activity report today at 1:02 a.m. near a 15th Avenue address.

Jacob James Bauer of Havre, 34, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and revocation of suspended or deferred sentence after a 15th Avenue caller reported today at 1:28 a.m. that the neighbor is banging around again, not calming down.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

A 16-year-old was issued a summons on a runaway juvenile charge after a U.S. Highway 87 caller asked for assistance Thursday at 5:12 p.m.

Deputies investigated a report of an assault after a U.S. Highway 2 Northeast caller reported today at 12:21 a.m. that a male was stabbed in the arm and under the eye by a female.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to five calls Thursday and two this morning.

Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning a female Labrador-border collie mix dogs, a female German shepherd, a female pit bull terrier, male mix-breed dog, a female Labrador retriever and a female Corgi.

The animal shelter held this morning four short-haired, two medium-haired, two long-haired cats and a Himalayan cat.
