Skylights sign Idaho All-State guard

The 2017 recruiting class for Montana State University-Northern head coach Chris Mouat is shaping up to be a special one.

Mouat recently announced the signing of Jilian Gilchrist to join the Skylight program this fall. Gilchrist is a 5-6 guard from Minico High School in Rupert, Idaho.

This past season, Gilchrist averaged 15.8 points while shooting 36 percent from the 3-point line and 74 percent from the free-throw-line.
