Zachary Frahm has received the Dr. David and Gloria Almas Scholarship for the 2017-2018 school year to Montana State University-Northern, the scholarship committee announced.
Frahm, the son of Steven and Michelle Frahm of Havre, graduated from Havre High School last month with a 3.522 GPA and is planning on earning a bachelor's degree in diesel tchnology, welding and automotive technology at Northern, the committee said in a release.
Activities for Frahm have included Havre High School marching band, TSA, Skills USA, bass choir and auto engine class technical assistant...
