The following cases were resolved by Havre City Judge Virginia Seigel in January.

Barbara Arvillarose Gardipee, born in 1992, was fined $100 for minor in possession, over age 18, second offense.

Lakotah Jae Oats, born in 1988, was sentenced to 365 days in jail, 359 days suspended and six credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury.

A girl born in 1999 was fined $300 for MIP, under 18, third offense. In a subsequent case, she was fined $300 for MIP, under 18, third offense. In a later case, the girl was fined $300 for MIP, under 18, third offense. In a subsequent case, the girl was fined $500 for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $350 for failing to carry proof or vehicle insurance, second offense. In yet another case, the girl was fined $300 for MIP, under 18, third offense.

Milo John Moreni, born in 1994, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to seven days in jail, all days credited, for disorderly conduct, amended from partner of family member assault, causing injury.

Adelle Delaine Koop, born in 1983, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail completed through DUI/Drug Court, for each of two charges: driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and unauthorized use of motor vehicle.

Timothy William Mahns, born in 1971, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for violation of a protective order, second offense.

Mackenzie Kirby/Ruth Vandekop, born in 1991, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, first offense.

Eric James Petersen, born in 1978, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from DUI, first offense.

Geoffrey Richard Hannie, born in 1980, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct. In a later case, Hannie was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia. In a subsequent case, Hannie was fined $100 for disorderly conduct, amended from assault.

Nevada Blue St. Marks, born in 1995, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, 10 days credited, for disorderly conduct. In a later case, St. Marks was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 53 days suspended and 127 credited, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jasmine Joy Christianson, born in 1995, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $50 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Russell Richard Verploegen, born in 1960, was fined $1,000 and sentenced to 365 days in jail, 364 days suspended and one credited, for negligent endangerment, amended from aggravated DUI, first offense.

Chaska Nakota Earthboy, born in 1987, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant. In a later case, Earthboy was fined $1,500, ordered to pay $1,415 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail for theft, obtaining or exerting control over stolen property, first offense. In a subsequent case, Earthboy was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephen Ward Brown, born in 1954, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent blood alcohol concentration or greater, first offense, amended from aggravated DUI, third offense.

Gladys Jean Flatlip, born in 1970, was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days credited, for disorderly conduct and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 110 days suspended and 70 credited, for each of two offenses: obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, first offense, and criminal trespass to property.

Anthony Garren Azure, born in 1998, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail but release after getting a drug patch and Scramm unit in place for each of two charges: unlawful transactions with children, first violation, and endangering the welfare of a child, first violation, and was fined $300 and ordered to pay $300 restitution for possessing intoxicating substances, under 18, first offense.

Bruce Edward Mclain, born in 1955, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500, amended from theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense; was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense; was sentenced to 10 days in jail, eight days suspended and two credited, for disorderly conduct; and was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal trespass to property.

Zackary Shawn Kendall, born in 1992, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 175 days suspended and five credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $500 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Francisco Delrosa Valencia Jr., born in 1974, was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 158 days suspended and 22 credited, for criminal mischief, pecuniary loss less than $1,500; was sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days credited, for disorderly conduct; and was ordered to pay $10 restitution on the case. In a later case, Valencia was sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and 30 credited, for resisting arrest.

Erica Denae Kirschinger, born in 1983, was fined $600 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 179 days suspended and one credited, for operating a vehicle with .08 percent BAC or greater, first offense.

Kevin Russell Bigby, born in 1983, was fined $100 for disorderly conduct and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for resisting arrest.

A girl born in 1999 was fined $900 for MIP, under 18, third offense. in a later case, the girl was fined $900 for MIP, under 18, third offense.

Cheyenne Morgan Schafer, born in 1997, was fined $200 and ordered to pay $412 for vicious animals

Jeffrey Duane Jones, born in 1992, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

Angela Renee Walker, born in 1976, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to two days in jail, both days suspended, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

John Glenn Stratton, born in 1982, was fined $200, ordered to pay $89 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Morgan Louise Wevley, born in 1995, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Melinda Rose Cochran, born in 1981, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Morris Damson, born in 1973, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license, amended from driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

A girl born in 1999 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for stopping prohibited in specified places.

William Douglas Thomas, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for failing to yield right of way to vehicle obeying a green traffic signal.

——

Skyla Rachelle Duffalo, born in 1996, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for right of way violation, failing to yield to vehicle on the right.

Jeremiah Israel Dementrie Davis, born in 1998, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for driving without a valid driver’s license and was fined $250 for failing to carry proof of vehicle insurance, first offense.

Lester Tyrel Skramstad, born in 1990, was fined $200 for failing to stop and identify self after striking an unattended vehicle, first offense, and was fined $200 for failing to give notice of accident by quickest means, apparent damage over $1,000, first offense.

Makalea Shalina Ochoa, born in 1993, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

——

Shelly Flying Sanchez, born in 1972, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100, ordered to pay $80 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense.

Kyle Anthony Tucker, born in 1988, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jesse James Flansburg, born in 1993, was sentenced to 363 days in jail, all days suspended and three credited, for partner or family member assault, causing injury, second offense, and was sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for destruction of or tampering with a communication device to obstruct a criminal offense report.

Justin Ryan TheBoy, born in 1989, was fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for each of two charges: obstructing a peace officer or other public servant and endangering the welfare of a child, first violation; and was fined $100 and sentenced to 10 days in jail, all days suspended, for disorderly conduct.

Julie Anne Terry, born in 1984, forfeited $100 bond for electronic communications device usage while driving.

Christopher Gabriele Lahaderne, born in 1988, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for speeding, 37 mph in a 25 mph zone.

Brandon James Nissen, born in 1980, forfeited $180 bond for electronic communications device usage while driving.

Keaton Todd John Kaul, born in 1998, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for careless driving.

Megan Kay Gluyas, born in 1992, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for endangering the welfare of a child, first violation.

Paul Edward Ireland, born in 1967, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

A boy born in 1999 was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $300 for MIP, under 18, first offense. In a subsequent case, the boy was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $300 for MIP, under 18, first offense.

Tylanna Rochelle Adams, born in 1997, was fined $100 for MIP, over 18, first offense, and was fined $100 and sentenced to three days in jail, three days credited, for disorderly conduct.

Lara Shante Lawrence, born in 1997, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, from criminal trespass to property. In a later case, Lawrence was fined $100 for for MIP over 18 and given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all suspended, for obstructing a peace officer or other public servant.

In a later case, Duran was sentenced to 10 days in jail, one day credited, for disorderly conduct and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all day suspended, for resisting arrest.

Kyle Levi Olson IV, born in 1993, was fined $250 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense, and fined $100 for each of two charges: operating a vehicle with expired registration and failing to have a child properly restrained.

Jeremy Lerone Bull, born in 1992, was fined $150 for owner permitting operation of vehicle without liability insurance, first offense.

Joshua Michael Melvin Haas, born in 1990, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail, one day credited, for disorderly conduct.

Ryan Devris Haas, born in 1981, was fined $100 and sentenced to one day in jail, one day credited, for disorderly conduct.

J’Shonn Nikole Mcguire, born in 1984, was given a deferred imposition of sentence and fined $100 for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kyle Webster Brockie, born in 1983, was fined $300, ordered to pay $41.69 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, first offense. In a later case, Brockie was ordered to pay $3.98 restitution and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and 30 credited, for theft, obtaining or exerting unauthorized control over property, second offense.

George Enrique Grijalva, born in 1973, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 176 days suspended and four credited, for criminal possession of marijuana, first offense, and was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $300 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Vicki Lynn Simonson, born in 1965, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and 30 credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked and was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 150 days suspended and four credited, for each of two charges: habitual offender operating a vehicle and displaying fictitious license plates.

Anthony Loren Lawson, born in 1977, was given a deferred imposition of sentence, fined $100 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, all days suspended, for criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

John Christopher McLean, born in 1991, forfeited $100 bond for electronic communications device usage while driving.

Audrey Mae Bauer, born in 1971, was fined $500 and sentenced to 180 days in jail, 178 days suspended and two credited, for driving while privilege to do so is suspended or revoked.

In January, Judge Seigel also dealt with 42 tickets resulting in fines of less than $100 or jail sentences of fewer than seven days, as well as 44 charges that were dismissed by her or the prosecution. Three citations were deferred by the prosecution and one suspended sentence or deferred imposition of sentencing was revoked and reinstated.
