Officers investigated after a Second Street business caller reported Tuesday at 8:25 a.m. that items had been stolen.

Officers investigated after a caller near Carpenter Park reported Tuesday at 8:31 a.m. that there was an aggressive dog on the loose.

Officers investigated after a Second Street West business caller reported Tuesday at 8:42 a.m. that a wallet had been found in the parking lot.

Officers investigated after a Cleveland Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 10:18 a.m. that their fishing gear had been stolen.

Shayna Lyn Bacon of Havre, 24, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Tuesday at 11:19 a.m. on First Street Northeast.

Officers made an arrest Tuesday at 4:14 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on 15th Avenue. No further information was provided in the dispatch log.

Officers investigated a noninjury vehicle crash reported Tuesday on Fifth Avenue at 4:19 p.m.

T.R. Olson of Havre, 46, was arrested on charges of assault with a weapon, partner or family member assault and disorderly conduct after a Second Street caller reported Tuesday at 4:53 p.m. that there was a disturbance in progress.

Officers investigated after a Boulevard Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 6:15 p.m. that a male was cursing in the street.

Officers assisted a citizen after a First Street Northeast caller reported Tuesday at 6:58 p.m. that a small child was running around.

Andrea Rose Eagleman of Dodson, 39, was arrested on an endangering the welfare of children charge after a Lincoln Avenue caller reported Tuesday at 9:55 p.m. that he wanted a welfare check on his son.

Timothy Shawn Anderson of Havre, 27, was arrested on a charge of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant after a First Street caller reported Tuesday at 11:13 p.m. that the kids were back.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies made two arrests Tuesday at 11:40 a.m. at the Hill County Detention Center. No information about the arrests was available in the dispatch log.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel and fire crews did not have to respond to any calls Tuesday.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one long- haired, three medium-haired, two short-haired and two Siamese cats.
