Officers investigated after someone near Fourth Street  reported Friday at 9:06 a.m. that someone spray-painted her car.

Dagmar Eyvonne Johnson of Havre, 55, was arrested on a federal warrant Friday at 9:21 a.m. near a Fourth Street business.

Carolyn Jean Scheaffer of Missoula, 43, was arrested on driving under the influence and driving without insurance charges on First Street at 9:36 a.m. after a First Street Northeast caller reported Friday at 9:26 a.m. that someone may be driving intoxicated.

Patrick Ryan Schroeder of Havre, 26, was arrested on a violation of protective order charge after an 11th Street West business caller reported Friday at 10:05 a.m. that someone had violated a restraining order.

Officers investigated after someone reported in the lobby of the police station Friday at 11:09 a.m. a scam.

Officers investigated after a Grant Avenue caller reported Friday at 3:58 p.m. that his house was broken into.

A 14-year-old was arrested on a pick up and hold order Friday at 8 p.m. at the police station.

Friday at 8:49 p.m., during a motor vehicle stop on First Street, Mark Anthony Messerly Jr. of Hays, 27, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants and charges of driving without insurance and speeding, and Lindsay Dayle Doney of Hays, 31, was issued a summons on a Justice or City court warrant.

Officers issued two juveniles summonses and arrested one Saturday at 12:54 a.m. on First Street. A 12- and a 14-year-old were each issued summonses on juvenile curfew violations, and a 13-year-old was arrested on a juvenile curfew violation.

Officers investigated after someone reported at the police station Saturday at 8:03 a.m. that a bicycle was stolen from his yard.

Titus Pedraza of Havre, 34, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property and criminal mischief/vandalism after a 15th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 10:36 a.m. that a man broke into the house and was trashing the place.

Officers investigated after a 14th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 4:27 p.m. that a break-in had taken place.

Jimmy Darrell Russette of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on a pick and hold and transported to Hill County Detention Center Saturday at 9:45 a.m.

Allison Lee Main of Havre, 34, was issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge after a 14th Avenue caller reported Saturday at 11:13 p.m. that a male and female were fighting.

Shannon Leah Wing of Harlem, 42, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Sunday at 1:29 a.m. on Sixth Avenue.

Marcus Lee Dillishaw of Antlers, Oklahoma, 27, was arrested on charges of criminal trespass to property, obstructing a peace officer and resisting arrest after a First Street establishment caller reported Sunday at 1:48 a.m. that a disturbance was taking place.

Officers investigated after a First Street establishment caller reported Sunday at 2:07 a.m. being assaulted and wanting to press charges.

Chad Jerome Wolfchild of Box Elder, 32, was arrested on charges of partner of family member assault, aggravated burglary, assault with a weapon and criminal destruction of or tampering with communication device after a 14th Avenue caller dialed 911 Sunday at 3:18 a.m. and the dispatcher heard a woman talking in the background to a man.

Officers investigated after a Fifth Street caller reported Sunday at 8:05 a.m. that a bicycle had been found lying on the ground.

Officers investigated a Lincoln Avenue motor vehicle crash reported Sunday at 8:46 a.m.

Officers investigated after a First Street business caller reported Sunday at 12:13 p.m. that a theft had taken place.

Officers investigated after someone reported Sunday at 9:07 p.m. that a light bar on the back of a pickup truck was cut.

Alyssa Rose LaMere of Box Elder, 19, was issued a summons on a charge of possession of drug paraphernalia after a Montana State University-Northern caller reported Sunday at 9:30 p.m. that they smelled marijuana.

Robert Henry Stump III of Hays, 31, was arrested on charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, violations of conditions release and violation of no contact order after a Northern Montana Hospital caller reported Sunday at 11:54 p.m that a couple was fighting in the parking lot.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies investigated a sex offense report Friday at 9:47 a.m.

Deputies investigated after a Gildford Park caller reported Friday at 11:06 a.m. that a wooden truck play structure was torn apart.

Klayton Tyler Ameline of Box Elder, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after being transported to county jail Saturday at 7:45 p.m.

Deputies investigated after two Second Street North callers reported Sunday at 2:57 a.m. that a male was choking his mother and pregnant fiance and hurting the caller. No further information was provided.

Deputies made an arrest on Sixth Street North Sunday at 1:35 a.m. related to a juvenile status offense. No further information was provided.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to four calls Friday, three calls Saturday and two calls Sunday.

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 1:57 p.m. on Clear Creek Road to help with the flare-up on the East Fork Fire.

——

Fire crews responded to a call Friday at 3:40 p.m. on the 1200 Block of Grant Avenue where a gas smell had been reported. There was no natural gas to the building and further investigation revealed everything was working properly with no danger.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 8:55 a.m. at the 10 Block of 13th Street West where a smoke alarm was activated. The groundskeeper made the necessary repair and no further action was necessary.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 9:06 a.m. at the 800 Block of Fourth Street where steam had set off a fire alarm. The area was inspected and no further action needed to be taken.

Fire crews responded to a call Saturday at 11:04 a.m. on 400 Block of Seventh Avenue North where smoke was reported. Further investigation showed no smoke and no further action was needed.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning one long-haired, five medium-haired and six short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd-rottweiler mix, two male and a female rottweiler-border collie mix, a female border collie dog and a Rottweiler.

Births

A girl was born Friday Sept. 8, 2017, to Chancie Houle and Nicholas Lightfoot of Havre.
