Officers issued identical summonses to three juveniles, two of them to 13-year-olds and the other to a 14-year-old, for the charge of underage tobacco possession or consumption after a Havre Middle School employee reported Monday at 10:35 a.m. that kids were smoking on the bus.

Bailey Houston Fiddler of Box Elder, 21, was issued a summons on charges of shoplifting and theft after a U.S. Highway 2 business caller reported Monday at 12:52 p.m. that a chainsaw was stolen Sunday.

Officers investigated after a St. Jude Thaddeus school caller reported Monday at 1:24 p.m. that a bicycle had been left in the play area.

Sarah Louise Holsinger of Havre, 20, was arrested on a driving under the influence charge today at 1:47 a.m. on Second Street.

Deputies investigated a sex offense after a Rocky Boy Tribal Court judge reported a sexual assault Monday at 8:30 a.m.

The animal shelter held this morning one long-haired, two medium-haired and two short-haired cats.
