Havre High School speech and debate team starts season Monday

The Havre High School speech and debate team starts its 2017-18 season Monday, and is holding organizational meetings Monday in the Havre High School library.

The team will hold a short meeting right after school in the high school library for students interested in competing this year, and will hold a meeting for parents at 6:30 p.m., also in the library.
