John Calvin Allen of Havre, 38, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant during a motor vehicle stop on Grant Avenue Thursday at 7:47 a.m.

Officers investigated after a First Street West caller reported Thursday at 1:23 p.m. that a wallet with their identification and credit cards was stolen.

Officers made three arrests Thursday at 4 p.m. somewhere in the Havre area. No further information was available by deadline this morning.

Officers investigated after someone reported Thursday at 4:36 p.m at the police station that a temporary restraining order had been violated.

Officers investigated after a First Street West business caller reported Thursday at 10:38 p.m. that they had received one of the stolen vouchers.

Officers made two arrests and issued two summonses today at 1:05 a.m. during a bar walk-through after a report was made at 12:29 a.m. that four people were fighting. Jesse Lee Schoening of Havre, 28, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and probation violation; Michael Steven Schoening of Havre, 32, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer or other public servant; and Kane Robert Johnson of Havre, 22, and Anthony Robert Hernandez of Havre, 28, wereeach issued a summons on a disorderly conduct charge.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Martin James Koop of Havre, 23, was arrested on a suspended or revoked driver’s license charge and on a Justice or City court warrant, and Clarissa Dawn Stops of Havre, 27, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant Thursday at 7:55 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Kennedy Avenue.

Emergency medical personnel responded to two calls Thursday.

The animal shelter held this morning one long-haired, four medium-haired and two short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd-Rottweiler mix, a female border collie, a female Chihuahua and male husky-border collie mix.

The shelter also held three puppies: a male Labrador retriever-shepherd mix, a male Rottweiler-border collie mix and a male shepherd.
