Havre Police Department

Joshua David Rainingbird of Rock Boy, 35, was arrested on charges of disorderly conduct, assault with a weapon and partner or family member assault after a 15th Street West caller reported Friday at 12:26 p.m. that a man kicked down the door and was fighting with a woman.

A 15-year-old was arrested on a  pick up and hold Friday at 3:14 p.m. at the juvenile probation office.

Garrett Michael Hentschel of Havre, 20, was arrested on charges of partner or family member assault and criminal destruction of or tampering with electronic device after an Eight Street caller reported Friday at 7:20 p.m. that a female was screaming.

Abigail Rose Myers of Havre, 19, was arrested on charges of aggravated driving under the influence, minor in possession and seat belt violation after a Fifth Street caller reported Friday at 11:16 p.m. that a vehicle hit a pole.

Upton Brice Whitford of Havre, 31, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants after a First Street establishment caller reported Saturday at 1:53 a.m. suspicious activity.

Officers investigated after a  Center Street caller reported Saturday at 1:02 p.m. that three bicycles were found under the deck in the backyard.

Officers investigated two incidents and made an arrest related to a motor vehicle crash into a First Street establishment Saturday at 1:37 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Montana State University-Northern caller reported Saturday at 8:56 p.m. that an iPod was stolen off a table near the clock tower.

Officers investigated after an Eight Street caller reported Sunday at 2:21 a.m. that someone threw a light from her yard into the street and broke it.

Tia Francine Gardipee of Havre, 20, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant as an officer was serving a warrant Sunday at 11:57 a.m. at a First Street establishment.

Officers investigated after a caller near Pepin Park reported Sunday at 7:36 p.m. that they wanted to talk about an attempted kidnapping.

Officers investigated after a First Street West caller reported this morning at 2:55 a.m that a beer theft had occurred.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

Deputies assisted a citizen Friday at 1:27 p.m near a 19th Street address.

Andrew Medicinehorse of Box Elder, 57, was arrested on a state District Court warrant Friday at 4:12 p.m. at the Hill County Detention Center.

Joseph Paul Small of Box Elder, 30, was arrested on two Justice or City court warrants Friday at 10:45 p.m. during a motor vehicle stop on Beaver Creek Park.

Deputies investigated after a First Street Southeast caller reported Saturday at 2:13 p.m. that a theft had taken place at his job site.

Deputies investigated Saturday at 9:29 p.m.  vandalism at the golf course.

Deputies investigated after someone reported Sunday at 9:10 a.m. that a rape had happened at the dump site. No further information was available by deadline this morning.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, six Saturday and three Sunday.

Fire crews responded to the 300 Block of First Street Friday at 9:14 p.m. after someone reported that a passenger vehicle caught on fire. A faulty fuel pump caused the fire, which got into the backseat of the cab. The fire was put out and no one was hurt or further damage done to anything else.

Fire crews responded to the 8,000 Block of Road 407 to a mutual aid request by the Bear Paw Volunteer Department where a water heater malfunctioned caused some smoke. Aside from the water heater being replaced no further property damage was caused and no one was hurt.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning four medium-haired and one short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd-Rottweiler mix, a male shepherd, a female border collie, a male Labrador retriever-shepherd and a female Chihuahua and male husky-border collie mix.
