Marvin Dale Spotted Bird Jr. of Havre, 22, was issued a summons on charges of driving without a driver’s license, stop sign violation, driving without insurance and failure to stop or remain at the injury accident after a 13th Street West caller reported Friday at 8:06 a.m. that someone in a Kia ran into her car and left.

Officers investigated after a 12th Avenue-area caller reported Friday at 9:34 a.m. that they found a set of keys.

Officers investigated after a 17th Street West caller reported Friday at 12:34 p.m. that someone gave his dog antifreeze.

Kyle Medicine Bear of Havre, 25, was arrested on a Justice or City court warrant after a First Street Northeast caller made a complaint Friday at 7:15 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Jefferson Avenue caller reported Friday at 8:46 p.m. a temporary restraining order violation.

Jesse Shane Valdez of Havre, 22, was arrested on an obstructing a peace officer or other public servant charge after someone reported Friday at 8:17 a.m. Saturday that they needed to talk to an officer about their son.

Officers investigated a vehicle hit and run reported from a First Street business Saturday at 8:24 a.m.

Officers investigated a motor vehicle crash near 16th Street and Seventh Avenue after a report was made Saturday at 6:38 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Fifth Street caller reported Saturday at 10:52 p.m. that her boyfriend was assaulted.

Russell Thomas Young of Harlem, 30, was arrested on charges of assault on a minor, partner of family member assault and disorderly conduct after a caller at a U.S. Highway 2 West business reported Sunday at 12:01 a.m. that her uncle was drunk and was throwing her mother around.

Officers investigated after a U.S. Highway 2 business caller reported Sunday at 8:30 a.m. that a green four-door SUV or station wagon drove off without paying for gas.

Officers investigated after a Grant Avenue caller reported Sunday at 11:20 a.m. that her purse was stolen out of a friend’s car.

Jonah Colby Walker of Sacaton, Arizona, 40, was arrested on charges of criminal child endangerment, driving under the influence, driving without insurance and speeding during a motor vehicle stop near First Street Sunday at 5:25 p.m.

Officers investigated after a Fourth Street caller reported Sunday at 5:33 p.m. that a physical domestic incident was happening at the time.

Officers investigated after a Fifth Avenue caller reported Sunday at 8:09 p.m. that they found a black bike.

Officers investigated Sunday at 8:27 p.m. after someone on First Street called 9-1-1 then hung up.

A 13-year-old was arrested on a pick up and hold order and charges of obstructing a peace officer or other public servant, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct after a Second Street caller reported Sunday at 8:52 p.m. that someone had called with information on her daughter’s location.

Officers investigated after a Grant Avenue anonymous caller reported today at 1:18 a.m. that their parents were fighting and throwing things.

Hill County Sheriff’s Office

The Sheriff’s Office did send a dispatch log due to Columbus Day holiday.

Havre Fire Department

Emergency medical personnel responded to three calls Friday, three Saturday, four Sunday and two today.

Fire crews responded to the 10 Block of Curve Friday at 2:59 p.m. where someone reported a power line had come down. Firefighters stood by as NorthWestern Energy repaired the line.

Fire crews responded to the 1300 Block of Third Street Friday at 6:38 p.m. where someone reported a power line had come down. Firefighters stood by as NorthWestern Energy repaired the line.

Fire crews responded to the 1000 Block of McKinley Avenue Sunday at 11:08 p.m. where an alley garbage can had caught on fire. The fire was put out before further damage was done.

Fire crews responded to Kober Drive Sunday at 11:45 p.m. where a carbon monoxide alarm had been triggered. After further investigation by NorthWestern the alarm was found to be falsely triggered and no further action was necessary.

Havre Animal Shelter

The animal shelter held this morning three medium-haired and one short-haired cats.

The animal shelter held this morning a female pit bull terrier, a male shepherd-Rottweiler mix, two male shepherds, a male Labrador retriever-shepherd and a female Chihuahua.
