I am writing on behalf of my friend, mentor and City Council candidate Lindsey Ratliff.

I first met Mrs. Lindsey Ratliff my sophomore year of high school as my history teacher. Although it was her first year as a teacher, with her undying determination and commitment to her students, Ms. Ratliff was more than efficient in education, she was inspirational.

Lindsey has also proven to have excellent management and leadership abilities. My junior year, she persuaded me to attend the Close Up trip to Washington, D.C. Not only was she good at providing new and exciting opportunities...
